Shipping policy

At Closurewig, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
  • During peak periods, promotions, or high-volume sales, processing may take longer

Shipping time
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: No Expedited shipping

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150 unless otherwise stated on the website.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@closurewig.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, service interruptions, or other factors outside our control. If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost, stolen, or marked-delivered packages
If your package appears lost, stolen, or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery update. We may ask you to:

  • verify your shipping address
  • check with household members or neighbors
  • contact the carrier directly
  • provide supporting information for review

Closurewig reserves the right to review these claims on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the shipping package
  • photos of the damaged item

We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Split shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Refused or unclaimed packages
If an order is refused or returned to us as unclaimed, any original shipping fees may be non-refundable.
