We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be in their original condition
• be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• include original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
• not fall under any non-returnable category listed below

How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at support@closurewig.com with:

• your order number
• the email used to place the order
• the item(s) you want to return
• the reason for the return

Customers must contact us first to request and receive return instructions before sending any item back.

Return shipping costs

• We do not charge a return fee
• We do not charge a restocking fee
• We provide return labels for approved returns

Non-returnable items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

• items marked final sale
• used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• items missing tags or original packaging
• hygiene-sensitive items, if applicable
• customized or special-order items, if applicable
• gift cards
• wigs/extensions that have been installed, cut, colored, brushed excessively, washed, chemically treated, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return
• beauty adhesives, lashes, and personal-care items opened after delivery may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order information. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

• refunds are issued to the original payment method
• please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item according to this policy and placing a new order.

Store credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative resolution.

Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Filing a chargeback for a matter already eligible for support review may delay resolution.

At Closurewig, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order processing time

• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
• During peak periods, promotions, or high-volume sales, processing may take longer

• Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
• Expedited shipping: No Expedited shipping

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150 unless otherwise stated on the website.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@closurewig.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, service interruptions, or other factors outside our control. If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost, stolen, or marked-delivered packages
If your package appears lost, stolen, or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery update. We may ask you to:

• verify your shipping address
• check with household members or neighbors
• contact the carrier directly
• provide supporting information for review

Closurewig reserves the right to review these claims on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• your order number
• photos of the shipping package
• photos of the damaged item

We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Split shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Refused or unclaimed packages
If an order is refused or returned to us as unclaimed, any original shipping fees may be non-refundable.
